Work Force and Human Development

• Put in place a system for every worker’s appraisal and identifying key learning requirements. Yearly plan for training of each staff member based on these positions
• Supporting Forty orphans every year in Awassa through the Mary Joy Development Association
• Supported construction of “Centre for Destitute Elderly and Vulnerable Children” in Awassa
• Sponsor of various organizations and events working towards Human Development, including
  • Red Cross and Cherish Walk events
  • Events from “Day of the African Children”
  • Community Development Associations such as ‘Amhara Development Association’ and ‘ Southern Ethiopia People Development Association’
