  • Pledged at Global Nutrition for Growth Compact forum of SUN network to improve maternal health and provide support for breastfeeding mothers, including 100 working mother employees in the organization
  • Present Male to Female employee ratio of 3:1, plan to double the number of female employees in the next three years
  • Supporting the Leave no Woman Behind initiative of World Food Programm¬† by providing no-profit grinding facility and on-hand training to women groups in Awassa area for the Home Grown School Feeding (HGSF) project
