• Implementation of Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) across all factories, validated by global organizations like UN-World Food Programe, Micro-Nutrient Initiative (MI) etc.
• Mandatory household and factory hygiene practices training provided to every employee of the organization every six months by a trained professional, implementation checked periodically
• Providing safe, potable ground-fed water to local community of about 10,000 citizens around the Guts premises in Bishoftu, Ethiopia, thereby reducing water-borne diseases in the area and reducing destitution faced by women and children in traveling long distances to find clean water
